I had read and heard that ACT had terrible customer service. But I did not judge it could be as bad as it was. I had an installation problem. I placed numerous calls, was on hold for 20-30 minutes at a time, was passed almost to numerous different public, and was told I would get a return call within the day which I never got. Often, with waiting on hold - once for 40 minutes - the call was dropped and I had to call back in, go owing to the menu BS and wait on hold again, only to be dropped again. It took me 2 days and a total of 7 hours on the buzz to get a unadorned problem resolved. I never want to deal with these public again.

Act! 2006 does what I ask of it. I have not investigated a lot of the "bells and whistles" at this time. One reason I chose this product over others is that it did what I looked-for without being overly intricate.

Great software. I have used it off and on over the being as it has changed hands and it still has the same great shortcuts and functionality. When I was considering the hold there were quite a few reviews claiming it was not working. They were wrong. It works well with my outlook. Enjoy.
