I had a microsoft office 2010 program on my computer that microsoft suspended for some reason. This product key helped me recover the program. I expected it very quickly and it worked without any problems.

I bought 3 licenses in January. My partner tried to use it but it the key never worked. It had to go to someone in India to fix. This week I bought a new notebook and tried to used the second license. I have been on the buzz arguing with the Costa Rican Microsoft support group. The at the start business is with 3 months they won't help you except you pay them $99 for tech support or pay to upgrade to microsoft personnel 2013 which I don't want. This was documented as a non-effective key card from the at the start day we bought it but the SUPPORT group did not want to do anything with it. So BUYER BEWARE Microsoft is inane the way of all big companies who want you to pay and pay and pay and will NOT support you for the items that are owed you. My next step is to go to the better business bureau to complain.The boys in Costa Rica are not helpful, following well managed scripts to shake a few dollars more out of consumers pockets. I'm disgusted and looking for additional more user friendly and CHEAPER products.

My daughter looked-for an older version of Lobby for Teach, so I purchased this key-card. Sorry to say, Microsoft makes it trying to download and install this software. After several phone calls and a few hours I irrevocably got it installed. So you may be best off purchasing the media for this manufactured goods.
