This manufactured goods rocks! I concentrate trade shows quite evenly and be inflicted including looked-for a business ticket scanner pro a little. The IBCR is a great tool which makes it straightforward pro me to regulate and keep up my supporter catalog. I no longer be inflicted including stacks of cards meeting almost in my road on my counter since they are in my pad and just a click dead. I've also old the scanner to look into affect photographs and it's worked great pro including the intention of as water supply. I be inflicted including had no harms including the scanner effective including XP, it's worked nicely pro me.

the bad hearsay:I purchased and returned the ticket booklover in check over of the fact including the intention of of a few "glitches" as converting to ACT! First, it does not chat touchtone phone facts in USA format XXX-XXX-XXXX. You should add 01 or moreover the conversion is owing to in the Clarification section and requires a pretend and paste into the touchtone phone field of ACT! Following, you cannot add any fields, such as ID/Reputation, which consequences in "at sea" contacts as you import into a generous catalog. The skilled hearsay: Straightforward installation, stuck-up recollection and no-jabber to use. Definitely not compulsory for non ACT! users

I purchased the piece because I work for a company that deals with a lot of other companies and getting business cards is a large part of the interaction. I thought it would streamline the process. It would but the unit keeps crashing. I would enter 20 or 30 business cards, write all the contact information in and then the next time I go to access it, it won't consent to me in. I get an error message. I've tried to get in touch with IRIS and get it resolved but they don't respond. Very dissapointed.

I am dissapointed that I cannot return this to Amazon for a full refund with trying it. The OCR is not as good as expected. It is completely usless for about a third of the cards I've tried. Fewer than 10% work impeccably. I feel I have to painstakingly scrutinize each access because of numerous minor mistakes. My girlfriend told me not to buy it and I must have listened.

I would NOT urge this item. I had conundrum after conundrum with it and, in the end, it was not useful at all. While the tech support send by e-mail benefit was notably quick in responding, their fixes could not salvage this fruitfully a waste of time manufactured goods.1) As prominent by a further reviewer, the driver is not digitally signed for xp. Tech support said they didn't want to pay for it and that it worked fine in their tests, but if other companies are being paid their harvest ordinary, I am inclined to switch to them.2) The recollection part of the software was powerless to by the book read in a card. The scans were reasonably sterile, but the ORC would come up with at most the self's name and maybe part of their title, but other categories (company, send by e-mail) would be unsystematic font and the remaining categories would not be to the top.3) Unhelpful tech support. Tech support emails were responded to quickly, but the in rank was not above all helpful and was powerless to solve the problems I was having.

I bring about in purchasing at a manufacturing company and needless to display I see a lot of business cards. I've tried manual methods of organizing them, with little accomplishment. The IRIS scanner cannot be beat for simplicity and feature. The OCR software could leave a little to be desired, save for has a fair accomplishment rank. The scanner also does a very nice job on 4X6 photos. (...) this is a good deal!!I liked the unit so much a bought a following one for family, just to scan photos, as it is SO much faster than my flatbed scanner.

With being paid this booklover and being paid use to putting the cards in the assess way I love it. I love the fact that it is powered via the USB port. The feature is splendid and the text recollection is great. I have scanned manifold affair cards from conferences that I concentrate. I love the fact that I can export the contacts and break them from the uncommon actions. The fee is also reasonable. The portability is a plus and I would urge its hold.

This card booklover is what I probable. It gets the job done. The feature of the image is a modest stark, but by and large I am pleased with the manufactured goods. I can carry all the affair cards I want with me on a mainframe. I can categorized them into break databases with filenames that are consequential to me and door them promptly, and move the list files to a additional pad and door them after installing the card booklover software. As long as I back up the list files, I'll everlastingly have door to them. Even if I have to exchange my hard drive and reinstall my in commission logic.HM

I do not be inflicted including including the intention of loads of cards keep for I only detest retyping them... retyping 10 cards is a dissipate of calculate and I be inflicted including dozens...I purchased this product including a "taste and think it over" attitude (I am sincerely a tough customer to delight as it comes to theses types of technologies) keep for I really am extremely satisfied including this product, not release because it does what it says it does keep for also because of the unique compensation. I exposed this modest scanner also look into pictures! I scanned ALL my 4X6 pictures in Photoshop in semi the calculate of a fixed flatbed!Extremely nice product! At this fee, it is a no brainer!
