This "luxurious" version for QuickBooks is GREAT for ones that need ALL the features. I am a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor and be inflicted including used several versions over the being--would I recommend this upgrade??I be inflicted including and will advise ANY of my clients to upgrade to the 2002 version, but not all would need this one. It's exceptional for those clients that I need to see their files more than some time ago/ month. We'll I use to work for Intuit and broadcast would call and complain that they did not hear their harvest and was defraud, and most of all the waiting time. I never planning not anything of that , in anticipation of I now filed 1040ez online and they screwed up, trying to reach them is a joke... Anyway the harvest aren't half bad but the service is one of the most terrible, so get it right the first time or gamble and see if you can get real help, technical, customer service etcc.....

Intuit: one of the worst consumer benefit companies on the planet. I have had serious problems with my tech help plan, which I compensated a lot of money for, over the past 6 months. It took hours of buzz calls over months to finally get a name to do something. You know what they did with all that? Gave me one month of tech help for free! How wonderful! What an insult! 6 months of not working calculate on their eSupport, I have purchased their products each year for 15 years, I spent endless hours trying to get this resolved, and they yield me 1 month!Also, as they say that with the Premier tech help plan that they GUARANTEE that you won't be on call for more than 10 summary, I was on call for 45 summary and finally had to hang up. I never did reach a tech help person. As I talked to them about it shortly, you know what I found out? "Guarantee" means nothing whatsoever. They wouldn't do whatever thing for me.So do I reflect you must buy this manufactured goods? Not on your life! Seek a software company that cares at least a little bit about the people who are keeping them in affair (their customers).

Quickbooks 2002 is just another chance for Perceive to wring a few more dollars from your bank tab. This manufactured goods facial appearance items that are only just worth the price tag, and according to my CPA, facial appearance that will only just be used by even the most refined accountant. Customer help is dreadful. I used Get faster and then Quickbooks for quite some time and was very pleased. Many of my associates have complained about their difficulties caught up in navigating Quickbooks. This has not been a conundrum for me. I don't have an issue with Perceive and I am not a despondent consumer. Quickbooks is a great peddler austerely since broadcast don't know any best. Sorry to say, the newer versions have privileged price tags and are couple with less than optimum customer help. I am now using MYOB, and I will tell you that it's like a breath of fresh air.

If you be fond of your current Quickbooks bank statement pledge, not remember the upgrade. It vanishes, and you get an total register instead. The wrap says all ex- reports positive simplified ones, but invite help and ask for the old one and the response is, "That isn't a convincing question." Currently running payroll on your version of Quick Books? You can't even use the one in QuickBooks Premier unless you pay extra to subscribe to their services. I have used Intuit harvest for a decade and a half, including Quickbooks and Get faster. They used to be one of the BEST consumer benefit and technological support companies almost. Now they are near the underside! And I'm not prose this on a whim. I'm discussion from being of experience with them. The past few being has been dreadful.They payment a lot of money for technological support now, which used to be free. When it was free it was splendid. Now that I'm paying an arm and a leg for it, they suck. The eSupport focal point that I paid good money to use has not worked for almost a half a year now and no one has been able to tell me why. In fact, they say it works when it plainly austerely DOES NOT WORK!If you are a long time Quickbooks user you force have to stick with it because it is too time consuming and expensive to switch all your accounting data to new software.IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING QUICKBOOKS FOR THE FIRST TIME, I WOULD SERIOUSLY CONSIDER GOING ELSEWHERE. The software is pretty good, 3, maybe 4, stars, but technological support and consumer benefit as just as important as the software, and Intuit SUCKS in these areas. I would find an accounting logic from a company who gives a damn about their customers AFTER the hold.Be warned!

I have the Quickbooks 2009...had to call customer service to get the software registered...was on the call for 1 hour and 31 minutes...over an hour on hold because I refuse to give a confidence card number for the so called service plan...I asked the non English speaking rep to transfer me to a supervisor...she refused...out right refused...thank god there are other programs out there that do what Quickbooks does...you are completely correct....Intuit SUCKS...Don't buy this product...

I have used QB pro for years with numerous small businesses and find it invaluable...until it has a problem. I am buying 2 copies of 2002 not for the upgrade, but because it might be cheaper than paying $40 for each 10 summary ($240 hour????) of tech support to try to fix a problem that intuit does not guarantee to fix (compatibility of my if not fine QB Pro 99 with windows XP). This charge is absolute usery and does not have a guarantee!I would very highly recommend looking at the options if you are not a QB user already. I can't recommend other programs as I am trapped in QB (or rather Quicksand?), and to try to place now could cause far more vex than it is worth.
