Ever since I've tried to use DavkaWriter for Mac I've had not anything but harms. When I first installed it I ran into the issue of it loud without a laser printer designated. Now it will simply crash outline into my effective on a document with no description. I've been by DavkaWriter for PC for being and find it one of the best Hebrew/English word processors in existence. For Mac don't dissipate your money. You will by no means get this curriculum to do what you need it to do on a MAC.

I take come forth with Davka's claim that "DavkaWriter 7 for Mac has most of the look and feel of a Mac curriculum." Although the pulldown menus do look traditional to Mac users, the overall interface looks just like a PC from a decade ago. Likewise, although you can use traditional, standard Mac upright commands, no contextual menus (Hegemony-Click) grow to be void. Contracted, it's nice to be able to irrevocably open up ".dwd" files on my Mac. But it austerely hadn't occurred to me that a software manufacturer would have so modest appreciative of what's considered standard in the Mac world, when claiming that they were offering a product "for Mac." It greatly cools my desire to bother learning how to actively use this software.
