Absolutely love OFFICE2007SmallBiz, due the Business Contact Manager, which is suppose to integrate with MS Accounting Pro.We have used QBPro for years, and would like to have closer integration with the BCM, which QB can't do. So we have looked at MS Accounting Pro. In calling MS support, I was told that for the payroll section, the only options in MS is to either (1) use ADP third-party subscription, or (2) do all payroll accounting and deductions manually in Excel, and then import results to Accounting Pro. Not being an ADP fan, I'm a little mifted that those are the only options ==>> all that development, single to suggest itself up fleeting on the payroll gathering. It's the single business holding us in trade from using the Accting Pro. I would reflect that MS would have built-in that segment.

I'm not guaranteed what software the additional reviewer was using, but I've been using Office Accounting since the 2006 release and I love it. I upgraded my old 2006 file to 2007 with ease. I have been running it on a Core2 Duo machine with no issues. No crashing, etc. I used this software below Windows XP as well as Windows Outlook Affair. My only reason for the 4 stars is that the Online Banking features don't work be fond of Microsoft Money does. My bank only allows Money/Quicken to connect directly, or I'm able to download an Outrival sheet with my data. Office Accounting lists my bank, but tells me I need to download my data from my bank instead of it involuntarily doing it. I bit extraordinary since Money handles this with no problem.
