I have been using this software now for about 3 months and I have found it to be very difficult to use. It is set up such that you just push a button and out pops a resume. Well, that sounds good on the go up however when you what to edit you must go owing to a very complicated course of action to do so. If you have used word for responsibility ID, this is not word. It dictates to you how your resume will look and being paid everything lined up the way you want seems just to hard to do. Yes, it has all those bells illumination and whistles and that is the problem. They have taken over too much control of the formatting, fonts, layout... I ended up using Microsoft Word� to enter my resume. This is not a plug for Microsoft; I use them because they have a monopoly on much of the software in use. I wish you could try before you buy but they do not allocate that. You would see very quickly how hard it is to use. Unfortunately, I cannot import my resume in .doc form Word to Winway. They do not allocate that so I tried to fit my resume into their format. With about two hours of playing almost, I bunged to enter this assess. I do not reflect I will be able to do it but I have not reasonably agreed up yet but I only have my heading in and that is with two hours of playing almost with it. If you can get your hands on a copy, please try it at the start, and then if you argue with me, buy it.
